Winning In The Workplace

Linda Macht has been president and CEO of Tottser Tool and Manufacturing , and president of Tottser-Iroquois. In all that time in the auto industry, she has been aware of the need to add women’s voices, viewpoints and skills to the workplace.  As a member of the PWDC Industry Partnership and the Women’s Business Executive National Council, she has helped bring awareness of the advantages of diversity and inclusion to her colleagues and other companies.

Linda has built her business from and has brought in and encouraged women to her two factories, adding the benefit of other capabilities to the areas of management, technical jobs and more. Both entities have grown steadily as a result of Linda’s management style and expertise.
